IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. All Ravelle™ 30 fireplace vertically terminated may only use 6-5/8”
x 4” Secure Vent™ direct-vent pipe by Security Chimneys™ or GS
direct-vent pipe by Dura-Vent
®
.
2. If the vent passes through a ceiling or floor, a firestop - Security
Chimneys part number SV4BF or Dura-Vent part number 963 – is
required.
3. If the vent passes through the roof, a roof flashing and storm collar
are required.
4. Allowable clearances from the vent pipe to combustible materials
must be maintained. See Page 10 for these clearances.
5. A maximum of either two 45-degree elbows or two 90-degree
elbows may be used. See Page 22 for allowable offsets.
6. The maximum system height is 30 feet (9.1M) and the minimum
is 10 feet (3M).
