BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE
Check the following list to be sure a service call is really necessary. A quick reference to this manual may
help you avoid an unneeded service call.
THE AIR CONDITIONER WILL NOT OPERATE.
Check if... Then...
Wallplug disconnected. Push plug firmly intowalloutlet.
Housefuse blown or circuitbreakertripped. Replacefuse withtime delaytype or resetcircuitbreaker.
Poweris OFF. Pushthe power button.
Unit wasturnedoffand then ontoo quickly. Set unit offand wait 3 minutesbeforerestarting.
TEMP Controlsetwarmerthan room temperature. SetTEMP Controlto lowertemperature.
The current interrupter device istriped Press the RESET button located on the power cord plug
Ifthe RESET button will not stay engaged, discontinue use of the
air conditioner and contact a qualified service technician.
AIR FROM UNIT DOES NOT FEEL COLD ENOUGH.

FAN SPEEDsetat LOW. Push FANSPEED buttonto set atHI.
TEMP Controlsettoo warm. Set TEMPControlto lowertemperature.
