8. Install intake valve (29).
a. For Series A and B Pumps: Apply
thread locker to threads of intake valve
(29). Torque to 10-15 ft-lbs (13.5-20
N•m).
b. For Series C Pumps: Lubricate o-ring
(59) and install thread locking com-
pound to threads of intake valve (29).
Torque to 30-35 ft-lbs (41-48 N•m).
