PRODUCT USE AND WARRANTY
RESTRICTIONS
The Toshiba products listed in this document are intended for usage in general
electronics applications (computer, personal equipment, ofce equipment,
measuring equipment, industrial robotics, domestic appliances, etc.). These
Toshiba products are neither intended nor warranted for usage in equipment
that either requires extraordinarily high quality and/or reliability, or a malfunction
or failure of which may cause loss of human life or bodily injury (“Unintended
Usage”). Unintended Usage include atomic energy control instruments,
airplane or spaceship instruments, transportation instruments, trafc signal
instruments, combustion control instruments, medical instruments, all types
of safety devices, etc. Unintended Usage of Toshiba products listed in this
document shall be made at the customer’s own risk.

contract contains the entire obligation of Toshiba International Corporation’s
Uninterruptible Supply Systems Division. The warranty contained in the
contract between the parties is the sole warranty of Toshiba International
Corporation’s UPS Division and any statements contained herein DO NOT
create new warranties or modify the existing warranty.
Any electrical or mechanical modications to this equipment without prior
written consent of Toshiba International Corporation will void all warranties
and may void the UL/CUL listing. Unauthorized modications can also result
in personal injury, death, or destruction of the equipment.
