Maximum Days Between Regenerations
Thewatersoftenerautomaticallycontrolsregeneration frequency.Thisprovidesthe greatestoperating
efficiency, and under most conditions, this feature should be left in this mode. However, modify this
feature ifyou want toforce aregenerationevery setnumber of days. Forexample, ifyour watersupply
contains iron and you want the softener to regenerate at least once every few days to keep the resin
bed clean, set the display as shown below. Setting is available from 1 to 15 days by using the UP and
DOWN buttons.
NOTE: The softener willrecha rge onitsown ifneeded, even if itis before the setnumber of days.
1. Press and hold the
PROGRAM button until the f ollowing screen is d i splayed.
Once in th isdisplay, press the PROGRAM button four times and following display is shown.

Down buttons to set number of days.
12 or 24 Hour Clock
All time displays are shown in standard clock time (1 to 12 PM; and 1 to 12 AM) at the 12 h r default
setting. If 24 hour clock displays are desired, follow steps below.

Once in this display, press the PROGRAM button five times and the following display is
shown.
