Brushroll not rotating
1. Plug unit in firmly.
2. Check fuse or breaker in home.Replace fuse/reset breaker.
3. Take to service center or call 1- 877-VAX-USA-9 (1-877-829-8729).
4. Allow cleaner to cool - Pg.4.
1. Review dirt container removal & replacement - Pg.10 & 12.
2. Empty dirt container - Pg.10.
3. Turn on brushroll - Pg.7.
4. Remove HEPA filter and clean - Pg.10-12.
5. Remove dirt container and cleaning wand then check hose inlets for obstructions - Pg.10.
6. Review cleaning wand installation - Pg.6.
1. Empty dirt container - Pg.10.
2. Review dirt container removal & replacement - Pg.10 & 12.
3. Review cleaning wand installation - Pg.6.
4. Review filter removal & replacement - Pg.10.
1. Remove dirt container and cleaning wand then check hose inlets for obstructions - Pg.10.
2. Empty dirt container - Pg.10.
3. Clean filter - Pg.11 & 12.
4. Review dirt container removal & replacement - Pg.10 & 12.
1. Replace bulb - Pg.13.
2. Call 1- 877-VAX-USA-9 (1-877-829-8729) for nearest authorized VAX
®
Dealer.
1. Remove and realign lid - Pg.11.
2. Realign tab - Pg.12.
1. Unplug unit.Remove debris from brushroll.
2. Slide brushroll ON/OFFswitch to the ON position to activate brushes.
3. Press brushroll reset button - Pg.7.

manufacturing code when requesting information or ordering replacement parts. (The model number appears on the bottom of the cleaner.)
1. Power cord not firmly plugged into outlet.
2. Blown fuse or tripped breaker.
3. Needs service.
4. Thermal Protector activated.
1. Dirt container not installed correctly.
2. Dirt container full.
3. Brushroll not on.
4. Dirty/clogged filter.
5. Dirt passage clogged.
6. Cleaning wand not installed correctly or misaligned.
1. Dirt container full.

4. Filter not installed completely.
1. Dirt passage clogged.

1. Bulb burnt out.

1. Brushes clogged.
2. Brushroll switch in OFF position.
3. Brushroll needs to be reset.
