•Push the manual
reset button.
•Troubleshoot for
“why” the ECO
opened
Tank has cooled
below 120° F
Preceded by “ECO
Open” indication
Tank is at a set
temperature of ± 2° F.
Check the breaker.No power
•Check for
excessively hot
water (203° F or
higher).
•Correct the
problem
The ECO (Energy Cut
Off) has opened.
Normal status –
none
Calling for heat
