Care Cycle
We recommend replacing the active carbon lter every six months.
Clean the lter as offen as necessary when odour persists.

Fill a large container with
lukewarm water, add a mild
kitchen detergent and stir.

Remove excess water.
The lter will be saturated with wa-
ter after rinsing. To decrease drying
time, wrap the lter in an old thick
towel so that excess water can be
removed.
HAND WASH ONLY!
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!
• Avoid drying filter outdoors during inclement
weather (e.g. rain or cold temperatures).
• Do not allow lter to freeze.
• If lter is dried indoors, take precautions, such as
placing towels, etc under the lter to prevent wa-
ter damage to the oor.

Allow the filter to soak ap-
proximately 10 minutes .
Some carbon
may adhere to

Dry lter completely in a well ventilated
area. If possible, dry outdoors.

Reinstall the Filters.
Reinstall the lters as shown on Page E-6,7.
Dry lter completely before replacing to pre-
vent odours.
Do not operate unit without all lters properly
installed.
