Replace ignition
modu le.
Is there power out
from pin 10 on
ignition module?
Replace Fan.
Turn up thermostat.
Does the fan turn on?
Place a ju mper across
the thermostat terminals.
Does the fan turn on?
Check thermostat wiring
and replace thermostat if
necessary.
Is there power (230V)
at the burner?
Check relay wiring
(if applicable) and wiring
to the burner.
Remove electrical plug
from the pressure switch; place
jumper between black & white
leads. Does the fan turn on?
Replace pressu re switch.
Remove obstruction.
Unplu g burner.
Does the fan
turn freely?
Is the fan obstructed?
Fan bearings may have
failed. Replace fan.
Remove obstruction.
Repair, replace or
tighten hoses
as necessary.
Is the flue pipe or
the inlet of the
burner obstructed?
Are the hoses to the pressure
switch secure and leak free?
Replace pressure switch.
Is the igniter gap
set at 3 mm?
Carefully reset gap
to 3 mm.
Replace automatic
control unit.
Unplu g burner and check
electrode and ignition wire.
Are they damaged?
Replace electrode and
ignition wire as needed.
Is there spark at the
igniter?
Remove electrical plug
from the pressure switch;
place jumper between
black & white leads.
Does the fan turn on?
