MAINTENANCE
4) Disconnect both sources of power; the power cord, located on the
left hand side of the fi rebox and the wires connected to the back-up
battery located on the right side of the fi rebox.
5) Remove the control box by carefully lifting off the velcro and sliding it
out from the side of the fi rebox.
6) Disconnect the wire harnesses from the control board labelled A, C,
D, E & F. Do not disconnect the the jumper cables labelled B.
7) Disconnect the spark cable and valve sensor wires from the control
board.
8) Remove the cable tie from control box to release the wires. Do not
discard cable tie.
10) Replace the control box.
11) Reverse steps 9 to 1. When re-connecting wire harnesses. Ensure
that the cables match the letters labelled on the control box and are
securely connected.

9) Remove the Ground screw from the control box.
