Troubleshooting
Unit fails to heat up and begin
steaming. Heating Indicator Light
DOES NOT illuminate.

NOTE: Always allow sufcient
time for unit to heat up and begin
producing steam.
Steam output is weak or intermittent.
Boiler Cap cannot be unscrewed.
Jet Nozzle / Wide Nozzle cannot be
removed.
Unit is not plugged in.
No water in Boiler.
Mineral build-up in unit.
Mineral build-up in unit.
Household circuit breaker / ground
fault interrupter has tripped or blown
a fuse.
Unit is damaged or otherwise in
need of repair.

Boiler Cap has been overtightened

at the wrong point.

only (gray), and not the Steam
Aperture as well (yellow).
