INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS IN YOUR AREA.
IMPORTANT: Check around oven chamber on a weekly
basis for soot and creosote accumulation. Clean the
chamber thoroughly from the top, side and bottom with
the rake (part #1425) provided. Burn the stove hot daily
to reduce creosote accumulation. Use only dry wood
aged for one year. Failure to do so could result in

the reading taken with the thermometer inside the
oven. For accurate oven temperatures, refer to the
interior oven thermometer.
