Do not abuse the Power Cord.5. Never use the Power Cord to carry the fan or
pull the Plug from an outlet. Keep the Power Cord away from heat, oil, sharp
edges, or moving parts. Replace damaged Power Cords immediately. Dam-
aged Power Cords increase the risk of electric shock.
PERSONAL SAFETY
Be sure the fan is on a stable, at surface when in operation.1.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Contain long hair. 2.
Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes,
jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
Avoid accidental starting.3. Be sure the Power Switch is off before plugging
in.
FAN USE AND CARE
Do not use the Fan if the Power Switch does not turn it on or off.1.
Disconnect the Power Cord Plug from the power source before making any 2.
adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the fan. Such preventive safety
measures reduce the risk of starting the fan accidentally.
Store the fan out of reach of children and other untrained persons. 3. Fans are
dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and 4.
any other condition that may affect the fan’s operation. If damaged, have the
fan serviced before using.
SERVICE
Fan service must be performed only by qualied repair personnel. 1. Service
or maintenance performed by unqualied personnel could result in a risk of injury.
If the Blade Guard is removed for service, it must be replaced before resuming
operation.
