I entered a new code into a Bunker Hill model 9100...

I entered a new code into a Bunker Hill model 91006 digital safe and it will not let me open the safe. I cannot locate any key, but have the code number for the safe. Is there a manufacturers code I can use or do you provide replacement keys?
