6) As high temperature steam passes through the pad,
it is natural that the pad gradually absorbs moisture.
After a certain length of time, the pad becomes
saturated. It is perfectly fine to continue using the
saturated Carpet Tray Pad with the tray on carpets and
rugs until you have completed your cleaning session.
Follow steps 7 & 8 on pg 14-15 to remove the tray
and pad.

How to Use the Steam Scents
™
to
Freshen Your Home while Steaming
Your Hard Floor Surfaces:
1) Unscrew the cap from your bottle of Steam
Scents
™
. The bottle comes equipped with an
internal dropper to regulate the amount of solution
you dispense (Fig 20).
2) While your unit is heating up, place 2-3 drops of
Steam Scents
™
solution, undiluted, straight onto
the center Steam Strip of the ‘hook & loop’ side
of either the standard Ultra-Microfiber Pad or the
Pet Plus
™
Pad (Fig 21).
3) Place the pad on the floor with the ‘hook & loop’
side up, and lightly press the Pet Plus
™
Floor Sanitizer
down on the pad. Make sure the cleaning pad is
centrally positioned to the bottom of the unit.
The specially-designed bottom of the Pet Plus™
will grip the pad.
4) Once you have attached the cleaning pad to the
base of the Pet Plus™, you are ready to steam clean
your floors while the scent is activated by the
steam. Follow the directions for Steam Cleaning
your hard surfaces from pg 8-9 (Fig 22).
