FIREBRICK WALL INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: Installation of brick
should be done after the re-
place is placed in a permanent
location.
1. The replace is shipped with the hearth
preinstalled. It is held in place for ship-
ping with 3 shipping brackets (Figure 19).
Remove these brackets before installing
any of the other rebrick walls.

2. Install the left and right rebrick walls.
There is a bracket with 2 tabs on the
bottom of each rebrick wall. Angle the
wall into the replace opening and into
the slots on the side of the hearth (Figure
20), then tilt the top of the panel toward
the rebox surround.

3. Secure the rebrick wall using two of the
side retaining brackets provided. The
bracket will slip underneath the metal lip
on the top of the wall and screw into the
inner dome of the replace (Figure 21).

4. Install the bottom rear rebrick wall. Place
the wall face side down on the hearth with
the bottom of the wall toward the rear of
the rebox and the top toward the front
of the replace. Tilt the wall up toward
the back of the rebox. Secure bracket at
top of the rebrick wall to the rear rebox
surround (Figure 22).
