MAINTENANCE
EMPTYING THE DUST CONTAINER
Note: Never operate the cleaner without the dust container
or lters installed. Empty dust cup after each use.
1 Remove the dust container from the cleaner.
2 Remove the lter set from the dust container.
3 Empty the Dust container into the trash.
4 Put the lter set back into the dust container.

CLEANING THE FILTERS
Filters should be cleaned or replaced when they become
visibly soiled or suction power is reduced.
Always operate the cleaner with lters installed to avoid
motor damage.
Empty the cup and clean or replace the lters if the
Clogged lter indicator changes into red when the
cleaner is operating at maximum power and the nozzle is
raised from the oor.

Always operate the cleaner with the cartridge lter installed.
4 Remove the cartridge lter by turning it counter - clock -
wise (A) and pull it out (B).
5 Remove the lter screen.
6 Shake debris from lter into the trash.
7 If necessary, rinse lter under tap water.
8 Air dry to ensure it is completely dry before reusing.
5 Replace the lter screen.
2 Insert the cartridge lter into its place (B) and turn it
clockwise (A).

9 Open the lter grill to remove the exhaust lter.
10 Take the lter out of the grill.
10 Put new lter back into the grill.
9 Close the lter grill.
Blocked air ow and dirty lters
The cleaner stops automatically if a blockage occurs in
the nozzle/wand/hose or if the lters are blocked with
dirt.
Disconnect from electrical outlet and allow to cool for 30
minutes.
11 Check for blockage in dirt inlet. Remove cup and remove
blockage from inlet between cup and hose inlet.
Clean or replace lters. Restart cleaner.
