PROBLEM SOLVING
NOTE: Turn off the switch and unplug the electrical cord before servicing.
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Cleaner will not run. M Battery Low M Charge Battery
Does not clean the carpet M Dust Cup and Filter M Empty the dust cup and clean or replace the lter.

M Be sure dust cup is properly installed in hand vac.
M Brush Roll M Clean hair and thread from bristles and end cap
area.
M Intake Nozzle M Remove hand vacuum from base and look for
blockage in the air path from the oor nozzle to the
hand vacuum. Lay the stick vacuum at and use a
screwdriver to pull the blockage up and out of the
air path. Reattach the hand vacuum; turn the unit
on to clear any remaining debris. Remove hand
vacuum and recheck for additional clogs. Repeat
above steps if needed.

Brush roll not turning. M Brush Roll M Remove and clean debris from brush roll area.
M Clean hair and threads from brush roll.
M Power Switch M Switch has three positions; off (O), suction only (I)
and suction with brush roll (IIII).
M Hand Vacuum Not Secured M Remove hand vacuum from base. Reinstall into
base by pushing rmly until hand vac locks into
place.
How to maintain brush roll. M Brush Roll Area M Remove and clean debris from brush roll area.
M Clean hair and threads from brush roll.
M Do not attempt to lubricate the bearings in the
brush roll. They are permanently lubricated at the
factory.
M Brush Roll Belt M The brush roll belt is a cogged design that should
not require replacement.
Cleaner only runs a short time M Low Battery Charge M Charge Battery.
Battery will not charge M Charger Not Connected M Plug in charger, check for Charge battery light.
to Power Supply M Check electrical outlet.
