  remote programming    I am trying to program a new kliku2u wireless keyless remote for a 2000 model 1265-267 opener as well as a hand held remote and only have a manual for another liftmaster opener that doesn't work. Can someone email me the page or pages that describes programming remotes for the 1265-267. Thank you.
