** When applying a condensation outlet, the distance between the condensation
outlet and the unit may not exceed 8 metres.
The maximum length also applies in B23 installations with
different supply and flue duct lengths.
Note: horizontal flue runs must be installed with a fall of at
least 5 mm per metre towards the water heater.
