■ Error Messages
Error Message Causes/Remedies
Communication failed
Check connection
Cause : This appears when a connection error has occured.
Remedy: Re-install the iPod to the dock and try again.
File not found
Cause : This appears when there is no fi le to play on the iPod.
Remedy: Import playable tracks/fi les to the iPod to play.
iPod not found
Cause : This appears when you press button with no iPod in the Dock.
Remedy: Connect an iPod to the iPod Dock.
Cause : This appears when the iPod is removed from the Dock in iPod Mode.
Remedy: Press to exit iPod Mode before detaching the iPod from the Dock.
Cause : This appears when the iPod is not installed properly on the iPod Dock.
Remedy: Re-install the iPod to the dock and try again.
Cause : This appears when you switch to iPod Mode before the iPod starts up.
Remedy: Wait until the iPod starts up.

(1) – The registration of “On-The-Go” can be done by using the iPod.
(2) – Due to the nature if iPod touch, lock/unlock, Main Menu and the selection of music/video has to be done using the
iPod touch.
(3) – “Shuffl e”, “Repeat” and “Audiobook” can be available in TV Control Mode.
(4) – To control iPod touch Photoviewer, it can be done only by using the iPod touch.
