Display
The display shows the following:

Status messages that indicate the printer’s current status,
as shown in the following table:
Display message Status
Ready:# 0 The printer is ready to receive
data from the computer.
Printing:# 0 The printer is printing normally.
Paused:# 0 Printing is paused.
Data in Buffer Data is in the buffer but printing
is paused.
Cut the Paper The printer is in tear-off mode
and has advanced paper to the
tear-off position.
Test Printing The printer is printing the self test.
Setting Printing The printer is printing the current
default settings.
Hex Dump The printer is in hex dump mode.
SelecType 1 The printer is in SelecType Level 1.
SelecType 2 The printer is in SelecType Level 2.
Bi-d adjustment The printer is in Bi-d adjustment
mode.

maintenance procedures you must perform or error
conditions you need to correct. See pages 8-3 and 8-4 for
more information.
