Ifyouhaveactivatedautomaticdetectionoftheremainingrollpaper,whentherollisejected,abarcodewithtextis
printedontherollpaperthatidentiesthetypeofpaperandamountleft.Ifthisfunctionisactivatedandbarcodes
areprintedontherollpaper,thetypeofpaperandamountleftareautomaticallydetectedwhenyouloada
roll.Thebarcodewillbecutoffafterithasbeenread.

•Onlythetextmessageisprintedifthedocumentisnotcutbutkeptintheprinter,orifyouareprintingon
clearlm.

•Ifthebarcodeontherollisnotdetected,enterthetypeandlengthofpaperontheControlPanel.
Followthesestepstoactivatedetectionoftheremainingrollpaper.
1.PresstheMenubuttontodisplayMAINMENU.
2.Press▲or▼toselectMediaMenu,andthenpressthe►button.
3.Press▲or▼toselectChkRemain.Roll,andthenpressthe►button.
4.Press▲or▼toselectthedesiredsettingoption,andthenpresstheOKbutton.
