Thistopicdescribeshowtoconguretheprinter’sIPaddressontheControlPanel.

1.PresstheMenubuttontodisplayMAINMENU.

2.Press▲or▼toselectInterfaceSetup,andthenpressthe►button.

3.Press▲or▼toselectTCP/IP,andthenpressthe►button.

4.Press▲or▼toselectIPSetting,andthenpressthe►button.

5.Press▲or▼toselectIPAddress,andthenpressthe►button.

6.Afterpressing◄or►toselecttheinputeld,presstheOKbuttontoenablenumericalinput.

7.Press▲or▼toselectthenumber,andthenpresstheOKbutton.

•Pressingthe▲buttonincreasesthenumberby1.Themaximumvalueis“255,”afterwhich“0”is

displayed.

•Pressingthe▼buttondecreasesthenumberby1.Theminimumvalueis“0,”afterwhich“255”is

displayed.

•Holddown▲or▼toincreaseordecreasethevaluecontinuously.

8.Repeatsteps6-7toentertheIPaddressassignedtotheprinter.

9.PresstheOnlinebuttontobringtheprinteronline.

Ifanyofthesettingsarechanged,amessageforconrmationisdisplayed.Inthiscase,press

theOKbutton.

•Besuretocompletestep9.Thiswillactivatethevaluesyouhaveentered.

•YoucanalsospecifythesubnetmaskanddefaultgatewayontheControlPanel.

•Ifanerrormessageisdisplayed,checkthesettingsandcorrectanyinvalidvalues.

•Tocancelthesetupprocess,holddowntheStopbuttonforasecondormore.
