Database Administration Installation Guide
If you are not a registered user, choose one of the following options:
• To register, go to
http://www.bmc.com/support.html, click First time
users under the SUPPORT SERVICES - No Login Required heading,
and complete the form. Then, click
Submit Registration.
When you receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail, you
can then access books on the Web.
• To request a temporary user name and a password, contact your
BMC Software sales representative.
To Request Additional Printed Books
BMC Software provides a core set of printed books with your product
order. If you are a registered user, you can request additional books from
http://www.bmc.com/support/bookstore.htm. Enter your user name and
password when prompted.
If you are not a registered user, follow the registration process described
in “Accessing Books on the Web” on page xv. When you receive
confirmation of your registration by e-mail, you can then order additional
books.
Online Help
You can access Help for a product through the product’s Help menu or
by pressing the
F1 function key. The online Help provides information
about the product’s graphical user interface (GUI) and provides
instructions for completing tasks.
