Before requesting service on your Verilux

lamp, please read the
following:
• Make sure all power plugs, cords and connectors are inserted fully and
securely.
• Make sure there is power to the wall outlet or try another outlet.
CAUTION: Only use the power plug, cord and connector supplied with your
Troika LED Desk Lamp. If other power plugs, cords or connectors are used,
damage to your lamp may occur.
Problem Check Solution
Light won’t come on.
Has the power plug come
loose from the wall outlet?
Insert plug securely into
wall outlet.
Be sure the connector
plug is securely seated
into the plug receptacle
on the back side of the
lamp.
Is the connector plug
securely connected to
lamp?
Only one LED turns on.
Is the on/off switch
pushed so that the
orange open circle can
be seen?
Be sure the switch is
pushed all the way to the
end until all LEDs are on.
Lamp arm does not stay
in position.
Is hinge screw securely
fastened?
Use screwdriver to
tighten hinge screw.
