Using the Multi Function Bay
Your computer is equipped with a component bay, called multi function bay, for hardware enhancement. You can purchase
a bay unit and install it in the computer.
Available bay units are:
❑ HDD adapter bay unit (for installing your PATA hard disk drive)
❑ 80GB HDD bay unit
❑ DVD+R Double Layer/DVD±RW drive bay unit — See Using the Optical Disc Drive (page 72).
❑ CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive bay unit — See Using the Optical Disc Drive (page 72).
