LIMITED WARRANTY. SOLEUS INTERNATIONAL INC. DISCLAIMS ANY
LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES AND IN NO
EVENT SHALL SOLEUS INTERNATIONAL INC’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE
RETAIL VALUE OF THE HEATER FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR
IMPLIED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THIS HEATER.
