Battery Pack Replacement & Disposal
ASSEMBLY
This vacuum cleaner contains a nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd) batteries. Batteries must
be recycled or disposed of properly. Call your nearest recycling center for
information on the recycling and disposal of nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd) batteries.
If uncertain as to how to remove the battery pack, we suggest you take your hand
vacuum to a reputable small appliance service technician to have this service
preformed.
Note: Dust cup filter (4) must be used when operating the hand vacuum.
1. To open the dust cup (container) (1), push button (2) and remove the dust cup (1).
Verify that the dust cup filter (4) is inside, then re-attach the dust cup (container) (1)
to the hand vacuum.

2. To attach the convertible brush (8), or crevice tool (11) to the Hand Vacuum, push the
attachment into the suction hole, as shown in Fig. 4.

3. To operate the motorized brush, connect the plug of the spiral cord of the brush to
the jack under the bottom of the main unit, then turn on the unit for vacuuming.
(Fig. 5, 6) the spiral cord can be found in the cord storage on the motorized
brush. (Fig. 7)

4. To use the extension tubes (7) with the motorized brush (9), push the extension tube
with the rubber seal (7B) into the suction hole of the dust cup , then insert the other
extension tubes (7A) into each other and then insert the motorized brush (9) into the
last extension tube. Operate the motorized brush as shown in Point 3 above. The
convertible brush (8) and the crevice tool (11) can also be used with the extension
tubes (7).

The battery pack of your EP750M is replaceable, however care should be taken
when doing so. Follow these steps when replacement is required:
1. Remove unit from charging stand and /or remove the charging adapter jack,
before changing batteries. Ensure that the “On / Off” switch is in the “Off”
position.
2. Open the battery pack compartment by removing the single Phillips head
screw located in the recess at the rear of the unit. NEVER open the battery
compartment except to change the battery pack when required.
3. Remove battery compartment cover. Set aside battery compartment cover
with the screw.
4. Carefully detach the two (2) electrical connectors from the battery pack by
pulling straight out from the battery pack.
Warning: Do not place battery in a position where metal can be placed across
the battery terminals as the battery pack can overheat.
5. Lift out the battery pack and set aside.
6. Insert the new battery pack and re-connect the terminals by pushing lead
wires onto battery tabs.
7. Tuck the wiring inside the battery compartment so that the wiring does
not interfere with the battery compartment cover when it is
replaced.
8. Re-install the battery compartment cover by sliding it over the battery
towards the front of the unit, making sure that the front snap engages the
body of the unit.
9. Replace the battery compartment cover screw.
WARNING: NEVER use ordinary
batteries for replacement, as these may
leak and damage your vacuum cleaner.
Use only battery pack B75018 provided
by EURO-PRO Operating LLC for
replacement.
