Save time and money! Review the charts on the following pages first and you may not need to call for service.
This water heater incorporates a combustion shut off device that shuts the operation of the water heater
down if undesirable combustion conditions occur. Such as the presence of a blockage of the combustion
air inlet vent. Please contact a Qualified Service Technician if this occurs.
CAUTION: For your safety DO NOT attempt repair of electrical wiring, gas piping, remote control, burners, vent
connectors or other safety devices. Refer repairs to qualified service personnel.
CAUTION: Make certain power to water heater is “OFF” before removing protective cover FOR ANY REASON.
CAUTION: Label all wires prior to disconnection when servicing controls. Wiring errors can cause improper and
dangerous operation. VERIFY PROPER OPERATION AFTER SERVICING.
