System Planning Worksheet
Use the system planning worksheet shown to help you de-
termine what sensors and components you will need to
equip your alarm system. Using your floor plans as a guide,
fill out the system planning worksheet with the following in-
formation.
• Name of room or area
• Number and type of doors and/or entrances to area
• Number and type of windows in area
• Type and number of sensors needed to protect each
location
• Type of alarm siren, sounding device, and lighting
device required
