Installation will require two or more persons.
A. Prior to removing the existing window sash
and/or glass, check that the frame size of the new
windowis1/2”to3/4”smallerthattheinsideofthe
existingframeor1/2”to3/4”smallerthantheinside
ofthedrywallreturnfortheush-cutmethodto
makesureitwilltcorrectly.
B. Prepare the window opening by removing the
sashand/orglassfromtheexistingaluminum
window frame.
Note: If a divider exists between vent and fixed
glass areas it will be necessary to cut with a
reciprocating saw or hacksaw and remove.
