LIMITED WARRANTY ON PARTS
After one year and through 9 years from the date of purchase, when your Sears Kenmore water heater is used in a single-family
residenceand is installedand operated inaccordancewith theinformation inthis manual, ifa partfails duetomaterials or workmanship,
Sears will furnish areplacement free of charge. Youwill be charged for labor.
Ifthe water heater issubject to commercial, institutional, industrial or use in residences of twofamilies or more, the above warranty
coverage for tanks that leak is effectivefor 2years from the date of purchase and the above parts warranty iseffective for I year
from the date of purchase.
