LIMITED WARRANTY ON TANKS THAT LEAK
Through ten (10) yearsfromthe date ofpurchase,ifa leakoccursin the tank, Searswillfurnish,freeofcharge,anewcurrentmodelwater
heaterof closestavalhblecapacityand quality:If purchaserdoesnot qualifyforfreeinstallationasprovidedinthe One YearLimitedLabor
Warrantybelow,therewillbea chargefor installation.
If the replacementwaterheaterofdosestavailablecapacityand qualitydoesnot meetcurrentapplicablegovernmentstandards,therewillbe
achargeforthedifferencein pricebetweenthe replacementwhichdoesnot meetgovernmentstandardsand onewhich doesmeetgovern-
ment standa_
If thewaterheater issubjectedto commercial,institutional, orindustrialu_eorusein residencesoftwofamiliesor more,theabovewarrant
coveragefortanks thatleakiseffectivefor twoyearsfromthe date ofpurchaseand the LimitedWarrantyOn Partsbelowiseffectivefor one
yearfromthe date ofpurchase.

Repair,freeofcharge,defectsin materialsorworkmanshipofthe waterheaterasprovidedbythe aboveLimitedWarrantyon Parts.

in the UnitedStates.

installed should the workmanship of any Seats arranl_edinstallation
provefaulty within one year,Searswill, upon notice trom you, cause
suchfaultsto becorrectedatno additionalcostto you. If youwant this
heater professionallyinstalledby Seatscontactyour SearsSalesperson.
Theywillarrangefor prompt,qualityinstallation.
Sears Installation Policy
AllinstallationlaborarrangedbySeatsshallbeperformedin aneat,
workmanlikemannerinaccordancewith generallyacceptedtrade prac-
tices.Further,allinstallationsshallcomplywith alllocallaws,codes
regulationsandordinances.The customershallatsobeprotected,dur-
inginstallation,by insurancerelatingto propertydamage,Worker's
Compensationand PublicLiability.

yourSalesperson.Theywillarrangeforprompt, qualityinstallationby
Searsauthorizedcontractors.
