1. Be prepared with the following information:
Machine model and product identification number
Date of purchase
Nature of the problem
2. Discuss problems with dealer service manager.
3. If unable to resolve, see the dealership manager.
Explain the problem and request assistance.
4. If you have a persistent problem your dealership
is unable to satisfy, ask your dealer to contact the
John Deere territory aftermarket manager for
resolution.
5. If a problem is not resolved to your satisfaction,
contact the appropriate John Deere sales branch for
your area and ask to speak with the division after-
