101 air purifier is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for one year from the original purchase date, excluding the lamp. Should the product have a defect
in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it without charge to you (a shipping and
processing fee may apply). To obtain service under warranty, simply call our Customer Service
Center toll-free at 1.800-554-6168.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse or any use other than as
intended and described in this owner’s guide, or damage resulting from failure to maintain and clean
this product as specified in this product manual. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
of the Therapure
®
101 air purifier.

PROBLEM REASON SOLUTION
Unit will not operate.
Reduced airflow or
poor filtering.
No visible light in the
UV light view window.
Speed Knob has not been
turned on.
Unit is unplugged.
The inlet grill has not been
installed & locked into place.
The UV lamp cover has
not been installed or locked
in place.
The inlet or outlet grill may
be blocked.
Permanent filter may
be clogged.
UV button is not turned on.
UV lamp is broken.
Turn on Speed Knob.
Check to ensure unit
is plugged in.
Check to mke sure filters
are properly installed & locked
into place.
Check to make sure the cover
is properly installed and locked
into place.
Check to ensure nothing is
blocking air inlet & air outlet.
Check & clean filter,
if necessary.
Check that the UV button
is turned on.
Replace the UV lamp.
