1. No display or operation.
2. Keypad does not work.
3. Erratic Display or Opera

tion.
4. Filter and/or Pre-lter
Indicator is Flashing.
5. Cleanable Filter and/or
Carbon Pre-Filter Life
Counter is ashing 0%.
6. Unit has reduced air ow
or increased noise.
7. Remote is not working
properly.
Problem Solutions
• Conrm that the unit is plugged in.
• Check the installation of the front grill.
• Reset the air purier. (See Resetting the Air Purier on
pg. 10.)
• Key pad has been locked to prevent accidental changes
to the programs. (See Keypad Lock on pg. 9 to unlock
the key pad.)
• Reset the air purier. (See Resetting the Air Purier on
pg. 10.)
• The Filter and/or Pre-Filter Life Counters have reached
the estimated usage times. Check and replace or clean
lters if needed. (Refer to Filter and Pre-Filter Counters
on pg. 9.)
• The Filter and/or Pre-Filter Life Counters have greatly
exceeded the estimated usage times. Replace or clean
the corresponding lters.
• The lter is clogged and should be cleaned. (Refer to
Cleaning the Filter on pg. 12.)
• Be sure that the remote is facing the air purier when
pressing the key.
• Check the batteries. (Refer to Remote Operation on
page 8.)
