Symptom Possible Cause Action
Outdoor temperature
not displayed or is
incorrect.
Installer did not activate this
option.
Outdoor sensor is connected
incorrectly.
Filter expired.
Contact installer or service technician.
Press key twice for outdoor temperature when filter ex-
piration shows on display.Refer to the Filter Indicator section.
“no com” is displayed. The thermostat is unable to
communicate with the
equipment interface module
located at the furnace.
Turn the power off and then on to your furnace. If the problem
persists, call your local heating and air conditioning dealer for
assistance.
