Thisisa“LimitedWarranty”whichgivesyouspeciclegalrights.Youmayalso
haveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostateorprovincetoprovince.
For a period of one year from the date of purchase, any malfunction caused by
factorydefectivepartsorworkmanshipwillbecorrectedatnochargetoyou.
Not Covered -Repairservice,adjustmentandcalibrationduetomisuse,abuse
or negligence, light bulbs, batteries, and other expendable items are not covered
bythiswarranty.Unauthorizedserviceormodicationoftheproductorofany
furnishedcomponentwillvoidthiswarrantyinitsentirety.Thiswarrantydoes
not include reimbursement for inconvenience, installation, setup time, loss of
use,unauthorizedservice,orreturnshippingcharges.
ThiswarrantycoversonlyHeathCoLLCassembledproductsandisnot
extended to other equipment and components that a customer uses in con-
junctionwithourproducts.
