F. Install the Log Assembly
LOG ASSEMBLY: LOGS-6000BE
1. Release four glass clips and set the
glass assembly aside.
NOTE: See Step 9 when replacing
the log set in an existing fi replace.
2. Carefully cut the cable tie holding the
log assembly in place and discard the
tie. Do not leave any part of the tie in
the fi replace. See Figure 2.

3. Grasp the log assembly by the ends.
Do NOT grasp the log assembly by
the center. Remove the log assembly
from the fi replace and set aside.
4. Remove the foam pad from the fi re-
place and discard. Make sure all
pieces of the foam are removed. With
a screwdriver bend up the log place-
ment tabs. See Figure 3.
CAUTION! Risk of Cuts, Use wire cutters.
DO NOT attempt to cut the tie with a knife.
CAUTION! Logs are fragile! Handle with
care.
