1. Press minute minder symbol. (clock will display 00:00).
2. Press increase symbol until desired length of time is displayed. (fast scrolling begins after
holding increase symbol key for over 5 seconds)
3. To correct time press increase or decrease as needed.
4. Press start symbol to begin countdown. Countdown begins immediately after pressing
start.
5. When countdown is complete, a continuous audible signal will sound until the cancel
symbol is pressed.
6. Press cancel symbol to end minute minder function at any time.
Notes:
1. The minute minder is used strictly for the countdown of a programmed length of time. It
can be set even while the oven is in operation as it does not control any of the other functions.
2. When minute minder is set for less than 5 minutes, the timer will be displayed in
minutes:seconds. For settings over 5 minutes, the timer will be displayed in hours:minutes.
3. Longest length of time programmable is 19 hours and 58 minutes
