2 FLASHES Door won’t close Shorted wall Check wall control wires.Be sure both are connected to
control wire terminal screws.Check for a staple in the wires.
R
emove any staples compressing the wire.
3 FLASHES Door won’t close Safe-T-Beam® obstacle Check for obstacles.Align the Safe-T-Beam®
4 FLASHES Door reverses or Open or close force exceeded,or motor Check for binding or unbalanced door. Adjust
won’t open or exceeded,or motor thermal shutdown the door force.If the motor had thermal
close shutdown,wait 30 minutes and retry.
5 FLASHES Door won’t open Remote control was activatedwhile Unlock the vacation switch onthe wall control
with remote vacation switch was locked (optional accessory)
6 FLASHES Motor ran longer Mechanical or Call Customer Service
