3. Foreign Material Bridging Plates - Remove
4. Bent Plates – Straighten or Replace
High Voltage Leads 1. Disconnected High Voltage Lead Contacting Ground
- Reconnect
2. Defective Lead/Insulation Breakdown – Replace
Entire Lead
Indicating Light
Not Glowing
Short Circuit
Power Supply Charred/Over Heated Components – Replace
Power Supply
Control 1. Disconnected Supply Line Power – Reconnect
2. Faulty indicting Light - Replace
Power Supply 1. Blown In-line Fuse – Replace Power Supply
2. Disconnected Wire – Replace
3. Charred/Over Heated Components – Replace

2. Junction Box interlock switch not closed – Secure

1. Ionizer High Voltage Lead Connected to Plate
Section and Plate Lead to Ionizer – Reconnect
Leads
2. Loose or Disconnect high Voltage Lead-Tighten or
Reconnect
3. Loose or Defective Intercell Connection (on Multicell
Units) – Tighten or Replace
4. Foreign Object Adrift in Ionizer or Plate Section of
Cell – Remove
5. Dirty Cells – Remove, clean and replace.
