• how heater was malfunctioning
• type of gas used (propane/LP or natural gas)
• purchase date

EQUIpMENT SHUTOFF VALVE
For all models. Equipment shutoff valve with 1/8"
NPT tap. Fits 1/2" NPT pipe.

mantel or wall above replace.
