I have an LDL3930NR gas log insert with remote part # 111442-02. All batteries have been replaced in the remote & receiver. The remote turns the flames on & off but the display has no arrow to move around nor does it have any digital readout on it. The +/- arrows will turn the flame off & back on but will not adjust the flame & since there is no digital display you can not adjust the temperature. Can you please tell me how to fix this or do I need a new remote?
