Beforepluggingtheapplianceintothemainssocket,check
that:
Theoutlet'spowersupplycorrespondstothevalue
indicatedontheratinglabelonthebackoftheappliance;
Theoutletandelectricalcircuitareadequateforthe
appliance;
Theoutletisa3-holegroundedoutlet_,:i_.Ifthisisnot
thecase,youmustchooseanotheroutlet.
EaBuretofollowtheseimportantsafetyinstructions
absolvesthemanufacturerofallBabBity.
The power cable must be replaced by a quaBfied
professional only.
The instructionsbelow will enableyou to prepareyour air
conditionerfor operationas efficiently as possible.Before
use, make sure the air intake and outlet grilles are
unobstructed.
Preparin 9 for use
Sashwindow
Openthewindow.
Placethe windowbracket15 in thewindow,extendingit
to fit thewidth ofthe window(fig.C).
Placethe air conditionernearthe window. Insert the
assembledexhausthose12 intothewindowbrackethole
15.
Makesuretheairexhausthoseisunobstructed.
Ifyouhaveavery largewindow, in orderto cover your
window aperture, usethe additional window bracket
without holesextending it to the desireddimension,
then fix the bracketby usingthe lockingpin provided.
Whenextractingthe windowbracketandjoiningthe two
piecespayattentionyoudonot coverthe hole.

Justa fewsimplestepsand yourcomfortisensuredwith your
air conditioner:
Screwthe hoseadaptor13to thehose'send 12.
Fit theair exhausthosein the housingatthe backofthe
appliance.Insertitas showninfigureA.

Screwthe window outlet 17 to the other end of the
exhausthose.(seefig. B).

Other set-up methods:
Thanksto the lockingpin,it'spossibleto usethewindow
bracketalsofor slidingwindows.Positionthe holeof the
bracketso to allow a correctinstallationof the exhaust
hose(seefigureI)).

Keepthe air hosesas shortand freeof curvesas possibleto
avoidconstrictions.
