COOLING SYSTEM DOES NOT RESPOND
(“COOLING” APPEARS ON SCREEN)
•Checkfor24VACattheequipmentonthesecondary
sideofthetransformerbetweenpowerand
common.Ifvoltageisnotpresent,checkthecooling
equipmenttofindthecauseoftheproblem.
•Checkfor24VACbetweenthecoolingterminal(Y)
andthetransformercommon.If24VACispresent,
thethermostatisfunctional.Checkthecooling
systemtofindthecauseoftheproblem.
•Checkforlooseorbrokenwiresbetweenthe
thermostatandthecoolingequipment.
FAN DOES NOT TURN ON IN A CALL FOR HEAT
•CheckSystemSetting#02(FanControl),tomake
sure the fan control is properly set to match the type
of system (see page 11).
HEAT PUMP ISSUES COOL AIR IN HEAT MODE,
OR WARM AIR IN COOL MODE
•CheckSystemSetting#12(ReversingValve),tomake
sure it is properly configured for your system (see

HEAT/COOL BOTH ON AT SAME TIME
