Subjecttothe termsandlimitationsstatedherein,American-Lincoln warrants,tothe originalpurchaseronly,torepairorreplace,at itsoption
and upon the terms set out below, this product or any parts thereof (excluding normal maintenance items) which are defective in materials or
workmanship,foraperiodof(2)twoyearsor2,000hoursofnormaloperationfromthedateofpurchase,whichevercomesfirst,providedthatthe
productisoperatedandmaintainedinaccordancewithAmerican-Lincoln'sMaintenanceandOperationsInstruction.
1. (a) During the first (90) ninety days from the date of purchase, American-Lincoln will provide, without charge, parts and on-site labor
(includinguptothree(3)hourstotalround-triptraveltime)toremedyadefectiveproductorpart.
(b) During thenext (9) ninemonths or1,000 hours(whichever comefirst)American-Lincoln will provide,without charge,parts andlabor to
remedy a defective product or part; however all travel time for on-site remedy and all shipping and freight charges for off-site remedy of the
productorpartsthereofshallbethesoleresponsibilityofthepurchaser.
(c) Duringthenext(12)twelvemonthsoratotalof2000hours(whichevercomesfirst)AmericanLincolnwillprovide,withoutcharge,parts to
remedyadefectiveproductorpart,howeveralllabor,traveltimeforon-siteremedyandallshippingandfreightchargesforoff-siteremedyofthe
productorpartsthereofshallbethesoleresponsibilityofthepurchaser.
B. Inadditiontothetermslistedabove,ifapplicable,thefollowingadditionalwarrantycoverageisapplied.
1. (a)American-Lincolnwarrantsto theoriginalpurchaseronly,to repairor replace,atitsoption anduponthe termssetout below, thedriveline
electrical components including the electric drive propulsion motor, electric wheel drive motor and electronic drive controller, and all hydraulic
pumps and motors, to provide replacement parts which are defective in material or workmanship, for a period of (3) years or 3000 hours
(whichever comes first) provided that the product is operated and maintained in accordance with American-Lincoln's Maintenance and
OperationsInstruction.
(b) American Lincoln warrants to theoriginal purchaser only, to repair or replace,at its optionand upon theterms set outbelow,the internal
combustion liquid cooled engine,to provide replacement parts which aredefective in material orworkmanship, for a period of(5) five years or
unlimitedhoursofnormaloperation. Alllabor,traveltime,shippingandfreightchargesshallbethesoleresponsibilityofthepurchaser.
American-Lincoln, warrants to the original purchaser only, to repair or replace, at its option and upon the terms set out below, the main
frame, debris hopper, solution tank, andthe recovery tank, forthe life ofthe machine againstfailure caused bydefects inworkmanship or total
rustthrough.Forpurposesofthiscoverage,cosmeticdeteriorationorsurfacerustdoesnotconstituteafailure.
(d)American-Lincoln, warrantstothe originalpurchaseronly, torepairorreplace,atitsoptionand uponthetermssetout below, thebatteries
which becomes unserviceable under normal use within a period of ninety (90) days from date of saleto the original user with new batteries of
equal value. After expiration ofthe above ninety (90) dayperiod, any battery which failsunder normal use will beadjusted to the original user
with a newbattery of equal specificationson an eighteen (18)months pro rate basisfrom the dateof purchase.Adjustment will be determined
usingthe thencurrent listprice,plus transportationcosts. Warrantyisrendered NULLandVoidif batteryis notkeptfilled totheproper levelwith
DISTILLEDWATER.
This warranty cover normal maintenance parts and labor, including but not limited to, rubber parts, seals, flaps, brushes, engine
maintenanceparts,hoses,carbonmotorbrushes,fluidsandroutineadjustments.
Thiswarranty coverdamageorfailureoftheproductoranypartsthereofwhichistheresultofmisuse,negligentoperation,handling
orrepair,orwhichistheresultofmodificationbyanypersonotherthananauthorizedAmerican-Lincolnservicerepresentative.
A. AMERICAN-LINCOLN MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE SPECIFIED HEREIN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITYAND OF FITNESS FORAPARTICULAR PURPOSEARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.AMERICAN-LINCOLN LIABILITY
UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS OR PARTS AS SET OUT HEREIN.
AMERICAN-LINCOLN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FORANY INCIDENTALOF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT FROMA
PRODUCT OR PART DEFECT OR FAILURE. ANY EXTENSIONS OF OR MODIFICATIONS MADE TO THIS WARRANTY BY A
DISTRIBUTOROFAMERICAN-LINCOLNARETHESOLERESPONSIBILITYOFTHEDISTRIBUTOR.
PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMSAMERICAN-LINCOLN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENTOFANYDEFECTIVEPRODUCTORPARTTHEREOFUNLESSAND UNTILTHE ORIGINALPURCHASER FULFILLSTHE
FOLLOWINGCONDITIONSPRECEDENTTORECOVERYUNDERTHISWARRANTY:
Theoriginal purchasershallpromptly completeandreturnthe warrantyandinstallationregistration formincludedwith theproductatthe time
ofthepurchase;
Upon productor part failure,the originalpurchaser shallpromptly providenotice thereofto hisnearest authorizedAmerican-LincolnService
Representative;and
The original purchaser shall permitthe product or part to be inspected byAmerican-Lincoln or its authorized representatives, as necessary
andexpensesforshippingortraveltimeshallbebornebythepartiesitemizedinparagraphIhereinabove.
American-LincolnTechnology reservesthe rightto makechanges andimprovements toits machineswithout notice. For bestresults, useonly
thecorrectAmerican-LincolnServiceparts.
