Grinding Coffee
Take care not to overload the unit. Do not fill coffee beans beyond the brim of the unit.
To start the coffee grinder, place the transparent lid onto the unit. Press the button to
start the grinding, then release the button to stop the grinding.
During grinding operations, we advise you to stop every 15 seconds. Then start
the grinding process again. After four cycles of this, the coffee will be ground.
The coffee powder will automatically flow into the coffee cup during the
grinding.
The small and oily grains may attach to the inner wall of the unit. You can tap the
transparent lid during grinding to shake the coffee powder down into the cup.
The inside of the unit should be cleaned with the brush after each use.
It is recommended to not grind for more than 30 seconds. Longer operations will
not result in a finer grind, but will simply overheat the coffee, resulting in loss of
aroma.
After grinding your coffee, take the transparent lid off from the motor housing
and pour out the remaining coffee grounds.
For optimal flavour, you should grind the coffee beans immediately before
brewing.
Cleaning
Always unplug the unit before cleaning. The transparent lid can be washed by hand in
the sink. Do not clean it in the dishwasher. The grinding area in the motor part should
be cleaned with a small brush. Wipe the housing down with a damp cloth only.
