Hard surface floors
Put the brush in the stationary
position by pushing in the lever
marked “FLOOR” with your toe
until you hear a click.
Rugs
Put the brush in the floating posi-
tion by pushing in the lever mark-
ed “RUG” with your toe until you
hear a click.
For more efficient cleaning, do
not place-the nozzle flat on the
rug. Tilt the nozzle so the back
edge is raised slightly above the
rug.
Edge cleaning feature
This feature provides for improv-
ed cleaning of carpet edges near
baseboards and solid furniture.
Passages have been provided to
the sides of the nozzle
to increase
air flow carrying dust from the
carpet edge to the nozzle.
